We Believe That...

In a more and more transparent society where everyone has access to the same information, VALUE can ONLY be realized through creative innovation, new skills, cooperation, and a "can do" attitude. Utilizing RLA's new process, we have actually figured out a way to "grow the pie."

A new breed of real estate professionals - Real Estate Land Advocates, with primary backgrounds in Civil Engineering, Construction, Real Estate Development, Community Relations and Banking is emerging to replace the traditional way of transacting business.

David Rosenthal

David earned a B.A. in Political Science from UCLA in 2002, summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa and a M.S. in

Real Estate Development from Columbia University in New York, New York in 2007. He grew up working for

his father in the construction industry and later as a banker in Newport Beach. David is a graduate of

Leadership Tomorrow, former President of the Irvine Police Academy Alumni Association and founder and

President of Rosenthal Land Advocates. He is a licensed real estate broker, general contractor and a member

of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). David, his wife, and two children reside in Irvine, CA.
